The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate. lying and being in the Sandlick Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake in the south line of Williams Street, a corner of Lot Number 308; thence with the south line of Williams Street S 85 39 E 43.2 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot Number 306; thence leaving Williams Street and with one line of Lot Number 306 S 5 43 W 66.6 feet to a stake in a line of Lot Number 305: thence with a part of one line of Lot Number 305 and another line of Lot Number 305 N 85 43 W 18.5 feet to a stake; thence S 5 43 W 110.5 feet to a stake; thence leaving the lines of Lot Number 305 N 85 43 W 20.4 feet to a stake a corner to lot 308: thence running with one line of Lot Number 308 N 4 20 E 176.8 feet to the beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to Mary Ellen Jones by Deed from Johnny Eugene Holmes and Wanda B. Holmes, husband and wife, dated May 5, 2004, and recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on July 26, 2004 in Deed Book 402 at Page 580.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Mary Ellen Jones, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 145 New Camp Street, Clinchco, Virginia 24226; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Un-known, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose loc tion cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 8, 2022 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
