GLENDA ARTRIP DAVIS, CLINTWOOD

Glenda Artrip Davis, age 65, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2022. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and of the Baptist faith. She loved crafting, giving back to the community, being a girl scout leader, mom/mother in-law, and mamaw/gammy.
She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Christopher R. Davis; her dad, Freeman M. Artrip; her mother, Bertha Turner Artrip; her honorary mom, Gladys Turner; her sisters, Debra A. Artrip and Brenda Lee Artrip; and sister in-law, Kay Owens, mother in-law, Ruby Hay, and father in-law, Clyde Hay.

Survivors include daughter, Amber N (Davis) Fleming and her husband Will “BJ” Fleming of Jacksonville, NC; grandchildren, William C. Fleming and Selene I. Fleming and a host of loving family and precious friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on November 5, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. at Clinchco Missionary Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made online at www.mullinsfuneralhome.net.
