No one hurt; house gutted

No one was injured in this Saturday night fire near Clintwood, but the fire department was dispatched shortly after 9:30 p.m. with a report of a person inside the Crabtree Hollow home. Upon arrival, firefighters learned the occupant had escaped. Assisting the department were the Pound Fire Department, the Clintwood Rescue Squad, the county sheriff’s office and state police.
