The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, describ-ed as follows:

Tax Map No. 00000000018568

Account No. 1825848
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being on Sandy Ridge in the Evington Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a large oak going straight north to last power pole 500 feet, going northwest to a large locust tree 250 feet; thence northeast to a locust tree 900 feet; then southwest 900 feet to the beginning, containing four (4) acres, more or less.
And being the same real property conveyed to Jerry C. Fugate from Jerry and Evelyn Fugate, divorced, dated August 4, 1993, and was recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County on August 5, 1993 in Deed Book 293 in Page 644.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 242 at Page 352, Deed Book 258 at Page 288.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Jerry Fugate, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is P.O. Box 1934, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; Robin Fugate Plaster, whose last known address is 164 Hops Old Store Lane, Nora, Virginia 24272; Janice Carol Fugate, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May 25, 2023 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
