The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on the waters of Russell's Fork River, in the Willis Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a rock wall and in the line of lands now or formerly owned by Birk Ratliff; thence down the hill 140 feet with Birk Ratliff's line to Russell's Fork River; thence up said river 54 feet to a line of land now or formerly owned by Delphia Colley; thence up the hill with the line of Delphia Colley 140 feet to a rock wall; thence with said rock wall 54 feet to the BEGINNING.
Being the same property conveyed to Audner Mullins and Revie Mullins, husband and wife, by Deed from Alice M. Owens and Don F. Owens, her husband, dated October 22, 1977 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on October 28, 1977 in Deed Book 187 at Page 256.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being on the waters of Russell's Fork River in the Willis Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the end of a rock wall in the line of land now or formerly owned by Jim Sykes thence S 8 80 E 225 feet to a stake; thence around the hill N 2 E 418 feet to a stake in the hillside thence N 00 W down the hill to a corner of the rock wall; thence in a southwesterly direction with the rock wall 418 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 2.0 acres, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed to Audner Mullins, by Deed from Pauline Reed and Bill Reed, her husband, by Deed dated April 30, 1960 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on February 6, 1962 in Deed Book 121 at Page 462.

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, being in Dickenson County, on the waters of Russell Fork River being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake in the present lower line of the grantor and in the rock wall; thence up the river with said Rock Wall 150 ft, to a stake in the said Rock Wall; thence leaving the said rock wall at left angles and up the hill 103 feet to a stake; thence running down the river parallel to the said rock wall and first line 150 ft. to stake; thence 103 ft. back to the point of beginning containing one acre more or less.
Being the same property conveyed Audner Mullins, by Deed from Pauline Reed and Bill Reed, her husband, by Deed dated July 4, 1957 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on January 21, 1958 in Deed Book 114 at Page 364.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 114 at Page 364.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Audner Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Revie Blankenship Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Patty Mullins Fields, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Betty Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Alice Faye Mullins Owens, whose last known address is Post Office Box 658, Haysi, Virginia 24256; Gerald Dean Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 19, 2023 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
