The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, de-scribed as follows:

Tax Map No. 03503

Account No. 9883

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Ervinton District, Dickenson County, Virginia, at Clinchco, Virginia, known and designated as Lot 29 as shown on plat of Swannanoa Corporation Subdivision No. A, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 67, of Dickenson County, Virginia records, and further described as follows:

BEGINNING at a stake in the south line of Mill Street, a corner of Lot No. 30; thence with the south line of Mill Street N. 66 46 W. 44.0 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot No. 28; thence leaving Mill Street and with one line of Lot No. 28, S. 22 43 E. 202.3 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot No. 26; thence with one line of Lot No. 26 S. 22 27 E. 105.0 feet to a stake; thence S. 69 35 W. 47.0 feet to a stake; a corner of Lot No. 30; thence with one line of Lot No. 30, N. 22 04 W. 305.0 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 0.32 acre, more or less.

And being the same real property conveyed to Thomas T. Poole and Judy A. Poole, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety from James Lewis Gibbs and Elizabeth Scott Gibbs, husband and wife, by Deed dated and recorded October 17, 1977 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia in Deed Book 187 at Page 232.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 67.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Catrina Garner, whose last known address is 1989 Old Tavern Road, Powhatan, Virginia 23139; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 14, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
