The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land with the improvements thereon and the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate, lying and being on Sandy Ridge in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete marker in line of the John W. Hammond tract S 53 52 W 950 feet to a stake or a dead sassafras, corner to the School House Lot; thence S 60 35 E 278.3 feet to a stake by a fence on the west side of the public road; thence N 52 15 E 322 feet to a 10 inch locust; thence N 22 50 E 210 feet to a 12 inch cherry tree; thence N 0 50 W 165 feet to the concrete marker, the point of the beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less.
And being the same property conveyed to Fred A. Salyers and Hazel Salyers, his wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship, from Fred A. Salyers and Hazel Salyers, his wife by Deed dated and recorded March 11, 1974 in the Dickenson County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Deed Book 164, page 262.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 179 at Page 50 and Deed Book 65 at Page 83.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Hazel Salyers aka Hazel E. Salyers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 18243 Sandy Ridge Road, Nora, Virginia 24272; Fred Salyers aka Fred A. Salyers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Troy W. Salyers aka Troy Wayne Salyers, whose last known address is 18243 Sandy Ridge Road, Nora, Virginia 24272; Louise Salyers Robinson, whose last known address is 18243 Sandy Ridge Road, Nora, Virginia 24272; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 28, 2021 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
