The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, de-scribed as follows:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Sandlick Magisterial District on the waters of Dog Branch of Lick Creek, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a maple and black oak on top of spur, two black oak witnesses; thence N 8 25 E. 193.5 feet to a chestnut oak on the east edge of a spur, sassafras and sourwood witnesses; thence N 8 59 W 82.2 feet to a chestnut oak by a fence on a spur, dogwood and maple witnesses; thence N 2 27 E 300.2 feet to a black gum snag fifteen feet northeast of a branch, black gum and cucumber witnesses, a corner of Clinchfield's W. L. Counts "126 Acre" Tract; thence with said tract on the left S 57 23 E 393.4 feet to two small hickories on the northeast side of a hollow, buckeye and sugar tree witnesses; thence S 27 00 E 135.7 feet to a chestnut in the center of a hollow; thence S 46 03 E 185 feet to an ash in the center of a hollow; thence S 21 50 E 122.4 feet to two beeches 25 feet east of the hollow, beech and buckeye witnesses; thence S 19 01 E 388.7 feet to a small ash in the hollow S 7 26 W 104 feet to a beech on the west bank of the branch dogwood and beech witnesses; thence S 5 28 E 73.1 feet to a beech on the west edge of the branch; thence S 38 24 E 107.5 feet to a chestnut stump on the north bank of Dog Branch, by a path, thirty feet below the mouth of a hollow, water oak and sugartree witnesses; thence S 87 17 W 149.1 feet leaving the said W. L. Counts "126 Acre" tract to a stake by a Sulphur Spring 16 feet southwest of the edge of the branch, two buckeyes witnesses; thence N 51 58 W 50.6 feet on the south edge of the branch hornbeam and beech witnesses; thence N 70 20 W 45.8 feet to a stake in the north edge of the branch, black walnut and buckeye witnesses; thence S 77 27 W 252.1 feet to a large rock in the south edge of a branch, two buckeye witnesses; thence N 33 56 W 639.2 feet to chestnut oaks on top of spur, maple and black oak witnesses; thence N 43 38 W 279.5 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 15.19 acres, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed unto Bubby Bumgarner and Jeffrey Lee Bumgarner by Deed from Lou (Owens) Mendoza and Dennis Mendoza, her husband, dated June 3, 1977, and was recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on August 17, 1977 in Deed Book 186 at page 177.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Bubby Bumgarner, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is C/O Mack F Paragon; 4411 Dog Branch Gap Road, Clinchco, Virginia 24226; Elsie Mae Hammons Bumgarner, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Linda Kiser, whose last known address is 62 Coal Lane, Cleveland, Virginia 24225; Shirley Bumgarner, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 22, 2021 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
