In execution of a credit line deed of trust dated April 28, 2015 (the “Deed of Trust”), recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, as Instrument No. 150000423, Deed Book 525, Page 374, the undersigned substitute Trustees, any or all of whom may act, will offer for sale in front of the Dickenson County Courthouse, 119 Court House Lane, Clintwood, Virginia, on October 27, 2021, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., property located at or near 221 Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia, which property is more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake, a corner to Alley No. 1, and with a line of same N 34 W 10 poles to a stake in a line of High Street; thence with a line of High Street, S 56 W 4 poles to a stake in said line; thence S 34 E 10 poles to a stake in a line of Main Street; thence with a line of Main Street, N 56 E 4 poles to the BEGINNING, containing approximately one-fourth (1/4th) of an acre.
This sale is subject to all liens, easements, restrictions, conditions, and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described, to the extent any of them have priority over the lien of the Deed of Trust.
TERMS OF SALE: A bidder's deposit of up to ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in certified funds required (certified or cashier's check made payable to Spilman, Thomas & Battle, PLLC). Settlement within thirty (30) days of sale with balance of purchase price paid in cash. Additional terms may be announced at the time of sale. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Memorandum of Trustee's Sale outlining additional terms of sale and settlement that will be available for review prior to the announcement of sale.
