County: 21 additional virus cases

Dickenson County reported 21 new COVID-19 cases in one week.

According to the Virginia Department of Health, the county’s total number of cases since the pandemic began was 4,518 as of yesterday, compared to 4,497 one week earlier.
The county’s number of COVID-19-related deaths remained at 64.

Nearby, Buchanan County’s total number of cases was reported to have increased by 41 in a week, from 5,885 Nov. 15 to 5,926 yesterday. Russell County’s total case count reportedly increased by 37 to 8,782. Wise County’s case count increased by 32 to 13,148.
