Melster Mullins had many talents one of which was painting

Melster Ramey Sluss Mullins is pictured in the photo on the left at the age of 16 in her wedding dress which she made.  Melster is pictured on the right at the age of 84.  She was a long-time member of the Cumberland Church of the Brethren.  (Both photos were taken from the February 8, 1984, issue of The Cumberland Times newspaper.)
