GERALDINE BROWN LAMBERT

Geraldine Brown Lambert, age 76, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Geraldine was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and was a member of Honey Camp Freewill Baptist Church.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, James Solomon Lambert; two brothers, Rev. George A. Brown and James Henry Brown; three sisters, Barbara Feehan Brown, Nancy Rose, and Lois Mullins; and one granddaughter, Emily Faith Ratliff.

Survivors include one daughter, Angela Ratliff and husband Dana of Clintwood; one son, James D. Lambert and wife Christy of Clintwood; grandchildren, Olivia Jaycee Lambert and Jerica Marlee Lambert; and Greg Strouth whom she loved as her own. Also survived by a host of friends and loved ones and her church family left to mourn her loss.

Visitation was on Monday, June 5, 2023 at the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel from 6–7 p.m. with services beginning at 7 p.m. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Honey Camp Freewill Baptist Church beginning at 11 a.m. with Eddie Rose officiating. Burial followed in the Mullins Family Cemetery, Ramey Flats section, Clintwood. Pallbearers were Everett Moore, Trevor Deel, Ronald Deel, Dana Ratliff, James D. Lambert, and Tanner Moore. Honorary Pallbearers were Jeremy Fleming, Ron Mullins, Joe Dingus, John Mullins, Floyd Maples, and Dee Moore. Online condolences may be made at www.mullinsfuneralhome.net.
