The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, de-scribed as follows:

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging lying and being situate on Flat Spur on the waters of McClure Creek in Dickenson County, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a concrete monument and small black oak on top of flat spur a corner of the tract now or formerly of Russell Powers and the 92-acre tract now or formerly of Willoughby Oquin and with one line of the later tract S. 85 38 W. 67.4 feet to a stake in the line of the 74-acre tract now or formerly of H. H. Willard, thence with a part of one line of said tract N. 35 07 W. 208.1 to a stake in the line of the H. H. Willard 74-acre tract and a corner of 15.37-acre tract of land now or formerly of Rachel T. Phillips thence with one line of the Rachel T. Phillips tract N. 75 28 E. 453.6 feet to a concrete monument in a line of the 48-acre tract now or formerly of J. P. Hamon. Thence with a part of one line S. 8 38 E. 244.7 feet passing a stake a corner of said J. P. Hamon 48-acre tract and Russell Powers tract at one hundred sixty two and four tenths feet and with the Russell Powers tract to a Black gum in a branch, thence S. 82 41 W. 292.4 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 2.04 acres.

And being the same property devised to Mitchell D. Rasnick from Gracie Dorcas Rasnick as evidenced by the Last Will and Testament of Gracie Dorcas Rasnick recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on May 1, 1995 in Book 308 at Page 533.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Mitchell D. Rasnick, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Donald Rasnick, P.O. Box 864, Saint Paul, Virginia 24283; Edgar Lee Rasnick Jr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Sandra Kay Heaton, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Fred Heaton, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Marty Heaton, whose last known address is 900 N. Hazel Mountain Road, Dante, Virginia 24237; Janice Rasnick Laforce, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Michael Lee Laforce, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Sharon Ann Owens Laforce, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jeffrey Carrol Laforce, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Teresa Laforce McCoy, whose last known address is 147 Quail Run, Bristol, Virginia 24201; Noah Thomas Rasnick, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May 27, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
