BLAKE ALLEN HAWKINS

Blake Allen Hawkins age 59, of Coeburn, went to be with his Heavenly Father, Wednesday, September 4, while doing yard work. Blake is the son of Clayton and Maxie Hawkins. He loved to keep their yard looking good and doing puzzles, that he hung on his wall. Blake was good at woodworking and models. He loved playing with his dachshunds and rabbits. Blake had many friends and was a firm believer in God and Heaven. He is there with Daddy and our grandparents waiting on the rest of us in beautiful Heaven.
Blake was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Hawkins and grandparents.
Survivors include his mother, Maxie Hawkins; sister, Magdalene Tompkins and husband Danny; his brother, Raymond Hawkins and wife Tammy; nephew, Isaac Hawkins and niece, Mamie Thacker.
The family received friends Friday, September 6th at 6 p.m. at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. Services followed at 7 p.m. with Robert Phipps and Eddie Rose officiating. Family and friends were requested to meet at Hibbitts Cemetery, Coeburn, Saturday, September 7th at 11 a.m. for a graveside service. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
