    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, lying and being situate in Dickenson County, Virginia on the waters of Priest Fork, a tributary of Frying Pan Creek and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
    BEGINNING on a black pine 10 feet N. E. of a chestnut pointer; N. 38 05 W. 76 P. 61 to a white oak on a spur by a path, a corner to land of Clinchfield Coal Corporation, leaving line now or formerly of William S Sutherland down the spur line of Clinchfield Coal Corporation N. 64 45 E. 17 P. to a chestnut oak; N. 43 32 E. 40 poles to a hickory; S. 88 20 E. 120 P. to two chestnut oaks on a spur up the spur S. 43 35 E. 15 P. to a white oak and chestnut; thence S. 45 00 E. 12 P. 12 L, to three small sourwoods on side of a spur near the corner of a field; S. 15 00 E. 2 P. 9 L, to a sourwood S. 71 00 W. 86 P. 13 L to a maple; S. 26 00 W. 18 P. 7L. to a chestnut; S. 39 00 W. 13 P. 8L. to a red oak; S. 60 00 W. 14 P. 6 L. to two sourwoods; S. 47 00 W. 29 P. 7 L. to the BEGINNING, containing fifty-one acres and sixty-one poles (51A. 61L.) more or less, as shown by plat of the said tract made by J.M.R. Sutherland.
   And being the same real property conveyed to Eugene M. Miller and Phyllis Miller, his wife, from Eugene M. Miller, Et Al by Deed dated September 30, 1972 and recorded October 11, 1972 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia in Deed Book 157 at Page 325.
   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Eugene M. Miller, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 893 Thomas Road, Columbus, Ohio  43212; Phyllis Miller, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 893 Thomas Road, Columbus, Ohio  43212; Richard Miller, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 
     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 15, 2024 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
