    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 03749

Account No. 11275

    All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in Sand Lick Magisterial District of Dickenson Count, Virginia, at Clinchco, and known and designated as Lot No. One Hundred Sixty-One (161) on a plat, with certificate, marked “Plat of Swannanoa Corp. Sub-division No. B, at Clinchco, Va.”, which said plat is dated February 1, 1947, and is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of said county in Plat Book No. 1 and reference whereto is hereby made; said lot being more particularly bounded and described by astronomical bearings as follows:

    BEGINNING at a stake in the western line of Adams Street, a corner of Lot No. 156; thence running with the western line of Adams Street, S. 23° 41’ E. 36.0 feet to a stake; a corner of Lot No. 162; thence leaving Adams Street and running with one line of Lot No. 162, S. 30° 13’ W. 86.9 feet to a stake in the north line of Matthews Street; thence running with the north line of Matthews Street, N. 61° 27’ W. 31.8 feet to a stake; thence N. 61° 50’ W. 19.7 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot No. 160; thence leaving Matthews Street and with one line of Lot No. 160, N. 28° 35’ E. 74.4 feet to a stake; a corner of Lot No. 156; thence with one line of Lot No. 156, N. 64° 28’ E. 42.1 feet to the BEGINNING

   And being the same real property conveyed to A.D. Silcox and Ollie Silcox, his wife, from Swannanoa Corporation by Deed dated October 18, 1947 and recorded January 21, 1948 among the records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia in Deed Book 91 at Page 480.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 91 at Page 481, Slide 14 at Page 71.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Allie Silcox a/k/a Ollie Silcox, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; A. D. Silcox, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Evelyn Silcox Fleming Cassidy, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; William D. Fleming, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Franklin C. Silcox, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mary A. Silcox Christensen, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 15, 2024 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
