PAUL DANNY EDWARDS

Paul Danny Edwards age 83, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024 at his residence. Mr. Edwards was born in Clinchco and was of the Freewill Baptist faith. He worked for and retired from Clinchfield Coal Central Shop. Mr. Edwards served his country in the United States Army. He loved spending time with family and enjoyed his pets and watching and feeding birds.
Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his wife Betty, parents; Oscar and Bertha Farmer Edwards, and infant daughter, Lajetta.
Survivors include his daughters, Deana Mullins and Mike, Sandra Bowman and Roley all of Clintwood; two sisters, Betty Lyall, Joan Deel and Jerry all of Haysi; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 16th at 1 p.m. at Clintwood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Gary Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Clintwood. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
