    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 02536

Account No. 4520

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, known as Lot 27, situate at Clinchco, Virginia, in Dickenson County, Virginia, which said lot is shown on a plat with certificates marked "Plat of Swannanoa Corporation, Subdivision N. A at Clinchco, Virginia" which said plat is dated February 1, 1947 and is of record in Plat Book No. 1 in Clerk's Office of said County, and is more particularly described as follows: 

    BEGINNING at a stake in the south line of Hill Street, a corner of Lot No. 28; thence with the south line of Hill Street N 67 09 E 24.3 feet to a stake; thence N 85 00 E 26 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot No, 26; thence leaving Hill Street and crossing Hill Creek with one line of Lot No, 26 S 5 00 E 106 feet to a stake on a hillside, thence with another line of Lot 26 S 76 58 W 16.8 feet to a stake in line of Lot 28; thence with a part of one line of Lot No. 28, and recrossing the Creek N 22 51 W 106 feet to the BEGINNING.

    Being the same property conveyed to Earl W. Gilmore by Deed from Gerald L. Gray, Special Commissioner, dated November 23, 1977 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on December 18, 1977 in Deed Book 188 at Page 339. 

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Earl W. Gilmore c/o Michael Gulley, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1743 Brush Creek Road, Clintwood, Virginia  24228; James Gilmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; John William Gilmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mary Hollie Gilmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jerry Gilmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Barbara L. Gilmore, whose last known address is unknown; John W. Gilmore, Jr. , whose last known address is unknown; Mae Holts also known as Mae Willis Holts, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Helen Iomi Gilmore Mock, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Pamela Gilmore Frazier, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Donald Frazier, whose last known address is unknown; Helena Goode, whose last known address is 5919 Warwick Road, Richmond, Virginia  23224; Veda Gilmore, whose last known address is 1009 N 25th Street, Apt. B, Richmond, Virginia  23223; Mancy Gilmore, whose last known address is 200 4th Street SW, Norton, Virginia  24273; Jeffery Cox, whose last known address is 6939 Wilson Highway, Independence, Virginia  24348; Carl Gilmore, whose last known address is 1701 N 25th Street, Richmond, Virginia  23223; Pauline Mock, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Margaret Anderson, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Louise Gulley, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Harry Gilmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; June Gilmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before January 3. 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
