VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARING

DECEMBER 17, 2024

Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Those who wish to join the meeting online, please contact the Gas and Oil office at 276-393-5507, prior to the day of the hearing. 1. The Board will review and approve the remote attendance resolution(s) for board member(s) that attend the meeting remotely.

2. The Board will receive public comments.

3. The Board will review and vote on an escrow agent for the Virginia Gas and Oil Board Escrow Account.

4. A petition from Keyrock Energy, LLC, for the creation of a sealed gob drilling unit and pooling. Unit Keyrock DM 26 Chipmill #1. Docket Number VGOB 24-1217-4300.

5. A petition from Keyrock Energy, LLC, for the creation of a sealed gob drilling unit and pooling. Unit Keyrock DM 26 Wolfpen #1. Docket Number VGOB 24-1217-4301.

6. A petition from Pocahontas Gas LLC, for pooling under Oakwood Coalbed Methane Gas Field II. Unit Y34. Docket Number VGOB 24-1217-4298.

7. The Board will receive an update of Board and Division activities from the staff.

8. The Board will review the October 2024 minutes for approval.
