   The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Dickenson and State of Virginia, on the shores of McClure, a tributary of Sandy River, containing sixty-nine acres, more or less, and bounded as follows, to-wit:

   Beginning on a lynn and beech on a corner to lands now or formerly owned by J. M. Kiser, with his line N 70 W 26 poles to a lynn and ash N 85 W 10 poles to a cucumber on the left hand hillside N 10 W 42 poles to a stake on the gap hollow branch up the branch N 85 E 46 poles to beech on the branch S 53 E 24 poles  a beech S 72 E 3 poles to a wahoo S 2 W 122 poles to the beginning.

   Being the same property conveyed to George W. Sutherland by Deed from Samuel Sutherland and Nancy J. Sutherland, dated December 19, 1883 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on January 10, 1884 in Deed Book 3 at Page 245. 

     Less and except for that certain 20 ¾ acres parcel conveyed to Alex B. and Margarette A. Sutherland, by deed from Patsey Sutherland, T. W. and Carrie T. Sutherland, Jessie and Cosby C. Sutherland, and Bertha and T. N. Shook, heirs of George W. Sutherland, dated November 12, 1923 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on May 9, 1925 in Deed Book 53 at Page 450.

    Less and Except for that certain 19 acre parcel conveyed to Jessie and Cosby C. Sutherland by Deed from Patsey Sutherland, Alex B. and Margarette A. Sutherland, T. W. and Carrie T. Sutherland, Die Bertha and T. N. Shook, heirs of George W. Sutherland, by Deed dated November 12, 1923 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on July 26, 1925 in Deed Book 55 at Page 423.

   Less and Except for that certain 20 ¾ acre parcel conveyed to Die Bertha and T. N. Shook by Deed from Patsey Sutherland, Alex B and Margarette A. Sutherland, T. W. and Carrie T. Sutherland, Jessie and Cosby C. Sutherland, heirs of George W. Sutherland, dated November 12, 1923 and recorded among the land records of the County of Dickenson on February 2, 1937 in Deed Book 69 at Page 183.

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 53 at Page 450, Deed Book 55 at Page 423, and Deed Book 69 at Page 183.
