    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 20847

Account No. 1828146

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being on the waters of Russell Fork River, in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

    BEGINNING at an iron pin set near the center of a gravel drive reference N 46° 14' 59: E 137.70 feet to an apple tree stump found), a corner to Manilla Bell; thence with Bell S 56° 13' 00" E 348.32 feet to an iron pin set in the corner of a meadow, a corner to Willie Willis; thence with Willis S 24° 10' 23" W 154.48 feet to an iron pin set in the east side of a meadow; thence through the land of Troy O'Quinn N 69° 15' 58" W 459.97 feet to a point near the fork of a gravel drive, a corner to Beulah Owens and Troy O'Quinn; thence with Owens N 49° 53' 31" E 266.64 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 1.8383 acres, more or less. 

   Being the same property conveyed to Paul K. Rogers and Barbara Rogers, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship, by Deed from Troy O'Quinn and Peggy L. O'Quinn, husband and wife, dated April 6, 2000 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on April 8, 2000 in Deed Book 354 at Page 341. 

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 129 at Page 398.b, Deed Book 137 at Page 511, Deed Book 173 at Page 439, Deed Book 193 at Page 289, and Deed Book 463 at Page 649.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Paul K. Rogers also known as Paul Rogers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Barbara Rogers also known as Barbara A. Rogers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is Post Office Box 734, Haysi, Virginia  24256; Ronald Ratliff, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Donald Ratliff Stiltner, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is Post Office Box 515, Big Rock, Virginia  24603; Cory Andrew Stiltner, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Sarah Ann Stiltner Lester , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; James Christopher Lester, whose last known address is 1247 Dewdrop Road, Big Rock , Virginia  24603; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before March 4, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
