     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being on Laurel Branch, a tributary of Russell's Fork River, in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
     Beginning on an iron pin at locust bush in the right of way of the Rakes Ridge Road, and following the lower berm of the strip. S 86 deg 45 min E 102 ft to a locust. N 76 deg 58 min E 172 ft. to a cherry tree; N 41 deg 45 min E 64.5 ft to a stake; N 36 deg 30 min E 117 ft. to a stake; N 32 E 114 ft. to a stake; N76 E 93 ft. to a stake; S 69 deg 30 min E 90 ft. to a stake; N 44 E 80 ft. to a stake;  N 1 W 157 ft. to a stake; N 15 W 113.9 ft. to a stake; N 22 W 120 ft. to a stake; N 44 W 133.8 ft to stake; N 16 deg 50 min W. 134.5 ft. to a stake; N 31 deg 45 min W 83.5 ft. to a stake; N 60 deg 30 min E 244 ft. to a stake; N 1 degree 30 min W 147 ft. to stake; N 12 deg 30 min w 120.5 ft. to a stake; N 33 E 167.5 ft. to a steel pin marking the corner. Leaving the berm and crossing the flat and highwall, N 82 deg 30 min W 452 ft. to a fence corner witnessed by a large Red Oak on top of the ridge; and with the lines reversed on top of  the ridge, S 15 W 330 ft. to a stake in a flat, then S 21 W 363 ft. to a stake on the center of the ridge, thence S 21 deg 45 min E 421 ft. to the center of a large knob, then S 40 deg 30 min W 348 ft. to a stake on a smaller knob, then S 21 deg 45 min E 250 ft. to the beginning, containing 17.46 acres, more or less.                                                             
    And being the same real property conveyed to David Boyd, from Loretta Helton dated and recorded June 1, 1993 in the Dickenson County Circuit Court Clerk’s office in Deed Book 292 at page 267.
   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 357 at Page 518, and Deed Book 277 at Page 479.
    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: David Boyd, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Tammy Boyd; 1434 East Woodruff , Hazel Park, Michigan  48030; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 
       ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 12, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
