The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

ALL that certain tract or Parcel of land lying and being in Dickenson County, Virginia, on the waters of Cane Creek and Mill Creek and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a black pine on top of the hill between Mill Creek and Cane Creek, a corner to land now or formerly owned by G. W. Dutton thence running up the ridge N 29-30 W 61.3 feet to a black oak N 10-10 W 104 feet to a black oak at the fence N 6 W 106 feet to a largo dogwood N 6-50 W 262 feet to crossing through a sag at the gap to a black oak on the north side of the said gap N 27 W 192.7 feet to a chestnut oak N 6-35 W 195 feet to a black pine N 00-10 W 115.6 feet to a black gum and black oak N 6-05 E 277.4 feet to a black oak North 261.7 feet to a large hollow chestnut N 15-30 W 161.4 feet to a small locust, witness by a double chestnut on the Carter line thence with same N 73 E 559 feet to a stake west of the falls of Mill Creek and 30 feet of a large black pine witness by a black oak 8 feet to the west from said stake thence running down the Mountain and crossing Mill Creek just below the falls S 33-30 E 2468 feet to a small chestnut at the root of a large chestnut about 30 feet above the road at the Ponds thence S 57-30 W 894 feet to a stake near the end of a ledge at the lower end of a field now or formerly owned by G. W. Dutton thence running up the point N 35 W 734 feet crossing the big road at a big white oak stump on the lower side of same at the end of a cliff to 3 red oaks and two black oaks and white oak on a knob S 86 W 212.2 feet to a chestnut oak on the top edge of cliff N 56-30 W 285.2 feet to the BEGINNING, containing fifty-nine and one-half acres, more or less.
BEING the same real property conveyed to Virgie and Julia Bryan from Sarah Jane Rose by Deed dated November 20, 1915 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County at Deed Book 36 at Page 201 on November 20, 1915.
There is excepted from this conveyance 23-1/2 acres of the coal and mineral, and the remainder of 36 acres is to belong to Virgie Bryan individually.
AND FURTHER BEING the same real property conveyed to Jo Bryan Evans, Barbara Jo Lewis, Richard Aeh and Robert Aeh, by Warranty Deed dated September 29, 1975, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Loraine County, Ohio, in Deed Book 174, page 185 on October 3, 1975, and re-recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickerson County, Virginia, in Deed Book 206, page 264, on January 26, 1981.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 279, Page 89, Deed Book 279, Page 93, Deed Book 279, Page 97, Deed Book 279, Page 101.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Richard K. Aeh, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 7059 Royal Green Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244; Virgie Rose Bryan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Robert Bryan Aeh, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Julia Bryan Aeh, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Richard Keith Aeh, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Barbara Jo Aeh Lewis, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Robert A. Lee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 29, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
