VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARINGS

     Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.  Those who wish to join the meeting online, please contact the Gas and Oil office at 276-3935507, prior to the day of the hearing.     1. The Board will review/approve the remote attendance resolution(s) for any board member (s) that will be attending the meeting remotely.

    3. The Board will review and vote on renewal of the First Bank and Trust (Escrow Agent) Contract for the term January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.

    7. The Board will consider the Petition for Reconsideration submitted by Buchanan Energy Company, LLC. Continued from November 2025.

    8. The Board will consider the Objections to Decision and Petition for Reconsideration submitted by Diversified Production, LLC. Continued from November 2025.

    9. The Board will receive an update of Board and Division activities from the staff.

   10. The Board will review the November 2025 minutes for approval.
