     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 22169

Account No. 1829478

     All that certain tract or parcel of land, specifically including that certain 1986 Springhill Double Wide Mobile Home, VIN No. GAFL2AF47345618 & GAFL2BF47345618, which double wide mobile the Virginia DMV lists as real estate. with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being on Rock Lick Branch, in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: 

     Beginning at a stake below gas well across road at a point where the access road and State Route 671 intersect; thence South 303 ft. up the hill with the gas well across road to a stake and a beech in hollow; thence west across the hill 462 feet to a stake on top of a cliff; thence North down the hill 243 feet to a pine tree, a corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by Arthur Yates and in the edge of State Route 671; thence East with State Route 671 up the road 675 feet to the Beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less. 

   Being the same property conveyed to Becky Ann Moore by Deed from New People's Bank, Inc., a Virginia banking corporation, dated April 18, 2016 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on April 21, 2016 in Deed Book 535 at Page 213. 

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 226 at Page 640, Deed Book 239 at Page 167, Deed Book 241 at Page 11, Deed Book 276 at Page 578, Deed Book 456 at Page 274, Deed Book 481 at Page 152, Deed Book 488 at Page 169, and Deed Book 526 at Page 335.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Becky Ann Moore also known as Rebecca Ann Moore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 20, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
