     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Dickenson County, Virginia on the waters of the McClure River, and more particularly described as containing 11 3/4 acres, more or less. 

    Being the same property conveyed to John W. Cochran and Margie Cochran, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed dated October 11, 1974, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on March 25, 1975 in Deed Book 170 at Page 097. 

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 167 at Page 399, Deed Book 168 at Page 503, Deed Book 169 at Page 304, Deed Book 169 at Page 593, Deed Book 379 at Page 364, Deed Book 490 at Page 263, Deed Book 491 at Page 859, Deed Book 497 at Page 781, Deed Book 560 at Page 465, Deed Book 171 at Page 445, and Deed Book 379 at Page 364.

     All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Dickenson County, Virginia, known as Lots No. 1 and No. 2 in the Nannie A. Kerr Subdivision as shown in Plat Book No. 1 at Page 51, and a tract containing 8.25 acres, more or less.

   Being the same property conveyed to John W. Cochran and Margie Cochran, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed dated October 11, 1974, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on March 25, 1975 in Deed Book 170 at Page 097.

   Being the same property conveyed to John W. Cochran and Margie Cochran, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed dated October 11, 1974, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on March 25, 1975 in Deed Book 170 at Page 097. 

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 167 at Page 399, Deed Book 168 at Page 503, Deed Book 169 at Page 304, Deed Book 169 at Page 593, Deed Book 379 at Page 364, Deed Book 490 at Page 263, Deed Book 491 at Page 859, Deed Book 497 at Page 781, Deed Book 560 at Page 465, Deed Book 171 at Page 445, and Deed Book 379 at Page 364.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: John William Cochran, Jr. , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Ora Kay Cochran also known as Ora Kay Tipton, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Jennifer Lynn Mullins, whose last known address is 247 Barefoot Hollow, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 20, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
