Joy (Powers) Cochran passed away on February 25, 2026 in Kokomo, In., at age 93. She graduated from Haysi High School—class of 1950.  Graveside services will be held for her and her late husband, Bill Cochran, at a later date. Both will be interred at Forest Hills Memory Gardens, 19415 Lee Hwy., Abington.  Joy is survived by 3 children, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 7 siblings.
