The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 1506
All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being at Clinchco, in the Sandlick Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, and known and designated as Lot No. One Hundred Forty-eight (148) on a plat, with certificate, marked “Plat of Swannanoa Corporation, Sub-Division No. B, at Clinchco, VA”, which said plat is dated February 1, 1947, and is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of said county in Plat Book 1 and reference whereto is here made and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the south line of Adams Street, a corner of Lot No. 147; thence with the south line of Adams Street S 75 degrees 11’ E 58.2 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot No. 149; thence leaving Adams Street and with one line of Lot No. 149 S 24 degrees 35’ W 104.0 feet to a stake in the north line of Matthews Street; thence with the north line of Matthews Street N 58 degrees 52’ W 61.0 feet to a stake, a corner of Lot No. 147; thence leaving Matthews Street and with one line of Lot No. 147 N 26 degrees 41’ E 87.2 feet to the beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to David Charles by Deed from Joan Hood, dated June 28, 1982, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on July 2, 1982 in Deed Book 212 at Page 745.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Plat Book 1, Side 14.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 27, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
