HELP WANTED - Three Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT)/Community-Based Psychiatric Treatment (CPST) Providers

DICKENSON COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is currently receiving applications for Three Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT)/Community-Based Psychiatric Treatment (CPST) Providers to deliver school-based behavioral health services to children and adolescents. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ mental health, emotional well-being, and success within the school environment 
Qualifications:
   • Bachelor’s Human Services (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field)
   • Willingness to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification as soon as possible
  • Experience working with children/adolescents, preferably in behavioral health or substance abuse settings
 • Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as community resources
   • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
  • Master’s Degree in a human services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar)
   • Prior experience in case management or care coordination
   • Experience working with families involved in multiple systems (schools, courts, child welfare, etc.)
