TRUSTEE’S SALE

    In execution of those deeds of trust dated July 8th, 2020 and recorded on July 13th, 2020 in Dickenson County, VA, as Instrument 200000626, T. Reed Adams, Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Courthouse of Dickenson County, Courthouse Lane, Clintwood, Virginia, on September 11, 2026, at 2:00pm the property more particularly described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust located at the property addresses listed below and briefly described as follows:

     6739 Dickenson Hwy, Clntwood, VA 24228, shown as Parcel No 1: (Tax Map ID#00000000019400 being described as “LONG BRANCH .156 AC 208A-608A”. Being situated on Dickenson Hwy in Clintwood, Dickenson County. The more detailed description of said property being available in the aforementioned Deed of Trust.

   Purchaser will be required to pay all closing costs. Public charges will be prorated as of date of sale. The risk of loss of property passes to the purchaser upon conclusion of the substitute trustee's auction on 9/11. Deposit of 10% of the sales price in the form of cash or certified funds payable to the Substitute Trustee shall be required at the time of auction. Balance due 20 days thereafter or the deposit will be forfeited.

    The property and the improvements thereon will be sold "AS IS" without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements, and restrictions, if any, superior to the aforementioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
