JAMES ROGER COMBS

Jamie Roger Combs age 47, of Clintwood, passed away Saturday May 29, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tenn.

He was a 1992 graduate of Clintwood High School, employee of M&M Electric, where he worked as a commercial electrician. He was of the Christian Faith, enjoyed time with family and playing ball with his step-son. He is preceded in death by his mother Glenda Combs.

Survivors include his wife, Suzanna; father, Roger and wife Faye; step-son, Randall Mathena, Jr.; two brothers, Lonnie, Brian and wife Tammy; uncles, Larry Combs and Jimmy Combs; in-laws, Perry and Debbie Moore; several nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 2, 2 p.m. at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Stacy Potter officiating. Burial followed at the Combs Cemetery, Ventura Road. Family and friends served as pallbearers. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.clintwoodfuneralhome.com.
