Lonesome Pine SWCD Memorial Scholarship

The Lonesome Pine Soil and Water Conservation District and Landon Johnson, Conservation Education Specialist, would like to announce that the recipient of the 2020-21 Lonesome Pine SWCD Memorial Scholarship is Ms. Jaelyn Dingus of Ridgeview High School. Ms. Dingus will be attending VA Tech in the fall. She is the daughter of Jason and Jenni Dingus, and the granddaughter of Gary and Brenda Dingus, and A.C. and Vicky Blevins. Students planning to major in agriculture, environmental science, or forestry related fields of study are eligible to apply for the scholarship each year.
