JEFFREY ALLEN GIBSON

Jeffrey Allen Gibson, age 61, of Pembroke, formally of Haysi passed away October 29, 2021 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was the son of the late James Morrell and Doris Ann Mullins Gibson. He was last employed with a book publishing company.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Trina Wright Gibson; his brother, James Gibson, Jr.; his sister, Joanne Gray and niece, Hayleigh Gibson.

He is survived by three sons, Waylon Gibson, Charleston, WV, Jonathan Gibson, Front Royal and Joseph (Jennifer) Gibson, Front Royal; several grandchildren; his brother, Dr. Jerry (Pam) Gibson, Pembroke, who is the owner and operator of a private practice for mental health in Princeton, WV; special aunts, Carolyn Stanley Sykes and Deanna Stanley and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Haysi Funeral Home with Pastor, Danny Sluss officiating. Burial will follow in the Gibson Cemetery, Paynes Lane, Clintwood.
