VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARINGS

    Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.  Those who wish to join the meeting online, please contact the Gas and Oil office at 276-393-5507, prior to the day of the hearing.    1.  The Board will review and approve the remote attendance resolution(s) for board member(s) that attend the meeting remotely.
   2.  The Board will receive public comments.
    3.  The First Bank and Trust Company, Escrow Agent for the Virginia Gas and Oil Board, will appear to address the Board on the Quarterly Report (July - September 2024).
    4.  A petition from Keyrock Energy, LLC, for the creation of a sealed gob drilling unit and pooling. Unit Keyrock #6. Docket Number VGOB 24-1022-4297.
    5.  A petition from Mountain V Oil & Gas, Inc., requesting the Virginia Gas and Oil Board to enter an order, transferring the right to operate all units listed in the application that were established by Board Order, from AXP Energy, Inc. to Mountain V Oil and Gas, Inc. Docket Number VGOB 24-0917-4291.
   6.  A petition from Diversified Production, for the disbursement of escrowed funds heretofore deposited with the Board’s Escrow Agent, as depicted upon the annexed table. Unit COGC#2. Docket Number VGOB 96-0716-0546-02.
